What is a Doula?
A doula is your personal and skilled companion whose goal is to offer you comfort, advice, and overall support to you throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey.
Our goal is to provide a space for mothers at all stages of motherhood to feel welcomed and comfortable. We strive to have a safe space for mothers to discuss challenges motherhood can bring. A trained professional who provides continuous physical. Emotional and informational support to their client before, during and shortly after childbirth to help them achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.
Labor Doula
A Labor Doula’s purpose is to help women have a safe, memorable, and empowering birthing experience. Our goal as a doula is to make the birthing process what you want it. A Labor Doula supports all women’s birthing experiences: home birth, hospital births, cesarean section.
Postpartum Doula
Postpartum Doulas are there to support families after the birth of their beautiful baby. We help with feeding, diaper changing, and light house cleaning, food prep. We aim to help families have a smooth transition. Whether it is your first child or 4th the transition with a postpartum doula can really help the dynamic. Making sure mom is well rested it very important to us.
